All releases after version 1.6.5 of Advanced Folder Listing are able to be automatically updated through the Joomla builtin Updater System. When a new release is available you will be notified in Joomla's Control Panel. You may also check for updates maually by going to Extensions > Manage > Update then click on Clear Cache, followed by Find Updates.
Step 1: Find the Order Number
- After logging in the Valor Apps website, go to the Customer Dashboard
- Copy your order number from your current confirmed purchase:
Step 2: Go to the Advanced Folder Listing Options
- Go to the Listings Manager by accessing the Administrator Components menu: Components > Advanced Listing > Listings
- Click on the Options button in the top right hand corner
Step 3: Enter your Order Number
- Paste the order number in the Order Number textbox
- Click Save
Update the Extension
- Go to Extensions > Manage > Update then click on Clear Cache, followed by Find Updates
- Select the Advanced Folder Listing extension, then click the Update button in the top left hand corner
- If the Order Number was entered correctly, the new release would be installed successfully:
- If the Order Number was incorrect or none was entered, you will get an error response:
- Once you get an error response, you may click on the link provided in the error notice to check the error message:
